    hi guys i'm going to be using a Vento vr6 as my doner car, i already have the whole car in the garage with a obd1 engine and all running gear, well the whole car lol I've just been chatting to a guy who is breaking two corrado 16v's and have ordered the following list of parts off him Rear axel radiator cross member pedal box and a subframe but i'm not really sure if i need this :? is there anything else i should be getting?

    bout time i did an update lol Got a nice quote for all the welding to be done i took all the interior and carpets out and was met by this so i had that welded up to. here is how it looks now and this is him at Gti Festival all i've got to do know is mot it and then the real modding begins, i have a lot of changes planned for shnitzel mwahahaha

    which bit is the tensioner, is that the thing i have to put a bolt in to relese it when changing the belt. i know what things do i just dont know what they are called lol

    mine makes the same tappety noise from the alternator end of the engine but only if the car has been stood for a good while ie a month or so, if i use it every day i dont get any noise

    yeah i agree with that ^^ there is only so many times you can drive around with a swashstika on your bonnet that you didnt know was there courtesy of one of your mates being a ****

    I acquired my 93 vento VR6 last november as a straight swap for my track ready scirocco GT which i had on ebay as £1200 buy it now price as i was gonna buy a VR6 as soon as it sold, but after an email from a guy who wanted to swap i obviously jumped at the chance. but now i think i know why he wanted to swap, its coz he couldn't sell it. I've been thinking of selling mine for a while now but wasnt sure how much i could get for it so for the last 2 months i've been watching every vento Vr6 for sale on ebay so i could get a rough idea of what mine would be worth. out of 14 cars for sale 14 neve

    would that be a good oil for me to use, mine has done 157k, and the engine is a little tappety on start up for about 2 mins
