popped down to a local motorcycle restoration shop today, They do polishing, powdercoating, chroming etc, had a quote of £35 +vat to chrome a spare fuel rail i have, is this a good quote?

Me and the girlfriend went and had a look at one of these the other day, think it was a 1.6 or 1.8 tfsi or something, on a whole a lovely looking little car with an interior to match, would be interesting to see a sporty version tho,

mmmh im confused, might just make a start and see how i get on, Think i will stick to the sub on one side and my amps on the other for now, would i need to dynamat the sub side of the car behind the box?
is there any sound difference between mounting a sub in the boot floor and having it in a box to either side of the car? im in two minds now, keep changing my ideas, any help/advice is appreciated
