    I think once the vr is turbo'd it does lose the vr sound. must people say the same thing.

    Im just worried about all the horror stories of powdercoating weakening wheels due to the heat process. Really dont want my wheels to crack/ break on me. Quick google search brings up a whole hose of forums threads of wheels breaking due to powdercoating?

    They do look really smart looks like im guna have to drop them off at the powdercoaters next week then and save myself the hassle.

    Yea theres a place in fareham called wheelspecialists but they quoted me £300 which is a lot more. They do a good job though.

    Look really good. think i may just get them powderciated for durability. may ring around and find somewhere cheaper though.

    Well as you know i have been starting to refurb some alloys. Currently there coated in primer ready for paint. Im know think of paying the extra and getting them powdercoated. What are peoples opions on powdercoating. Have read a few articles saying that it weakens the wheel. I have been quoted £150 for a set of 4 wheels to be powdercoated. Im just concious that if i spray them myself they will never look as good and dont want to be laughed at at ultimate dubs. Should i get them powdercoated or contiune with the DIY refurb.
