    Yes they quoted me to do it whilst its there but i got to pay that as this is nothing to do with the accident i just wanted to get it resprayed and now seems a good time as im without the car anyway. The damage is n/s rear quarter basically a new rear bumper genuine vag obviously to be sprayed, push out a dent underneath my rear light and respray from rear quarter up to the door? The cars a low miler which i think will help the decision but i will find out in the next day or two :^) At least theres one good thing to come out of this i get to drive around in a brand spanking new Alfa 159 2.4

    I need your advice fellow dubbers my mulberry vr6 is in the garage due to being crashed into by some stupid twat a couple of weeks ago whilst out taking the mrs shopping (typical) :@ Anyway im waiting to see whether its going to be repaired on written off (fingers crossed) :S Apparently there's about a £1000 worth of damage so while the car is at the body shop I asked how much to respray my front bumper which i need of doing and he quoted me £180 now what i want to know is if this price is reasonable or expensive?

    Went on vagcat.com and had a look at the part numbers so theres a choice between 2 windows i just dont know which is for the highline? *-) Part number 1H3845201A which is the standard glass original colour. Part number 1H3845202 which is the green glass or the glass with a green tint.

    I need to replace my passenger side front window as it has a chip out of it so my question is what colour tint does the glass have? Im sure it has a slight green tint to it? Is this correct? And will a window from a gti have the same colour glass?

    So i bought these thanks dude (ip) am awaiting delivery and i am really confused as to what else i need to buy to fit these, apparently there is some bolts, mounts or something? I dunno im baffed. :S

    Hi mate i use these normally between £25-£35 quid in halfords, but on here : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230261126114 Ive got 2 sets on each wheel as you can never be too safe. :-| Apparently these are thatcham approved too.

    Holding the key in the locked position closes both windows not the roof but that still does not solve the problem as to why it doesn't work with the alarm?

    Ok so ive managed to source some second hand fk highsports, being secondhand is there anything i should be worried about? Ive heard rumours that these seize up is this true? I think this set is about 2yrs old?

    My mulberry vr6 was not looked after very well in its previous life and theres quite a few scratches on the bonnet and down both sides that neeed attending to. :@ What is the best way to remove scratches or which product should i be using *-)

    Ive just noticed that my 1997 vr6 highline does not have the original factory alarm, it has a scorpion cat1 but i have no idea which scorpion it is or how i can tell? *-) I do have the certificate of installation from when the scorpion cat1 was fitted in 1999 but all the certificate says is scorpion cat1 pager & shock it does not state a model number. The car is a 1997 so the alarms definately been changed as the scorpion was fitted in 1999 so my question is firstly did all vr6 highlines come with full closure as standard or was this an optionial extra from new? *-) Second of all if my
