Well, well...clever idea but most company's will block ICMP (ping) request anyhows.........worth a try. Also some internet restrictions are applied to main domain names so you may get away with something like this.... Eg www.ebaydot co dot uk will be blocked. However http..populardotebaydotcodotuk/ns/Cars-Parts-Vehicles/VR6 might not be Give a try, best way is to google vr6 on ebay and follow the google link. And miss-vw, d1cks lol, not all of us are, just doing what the govenor requests Need anymore help trying to beat the system then just ask!

Would do. How did you "hotwire" it, I am guessing at the starter motor? Also check the earth strap that leads from the battery to the chassis and possibly fusebox wiring. EDIT: Also check earth wire to starter motor itself....

I pay around £90 for my vr and mk5 gti and still complain lol, although I think we have a 4 year NCB and alot older than 21, however I do still look young as ever lol. £1500....Dam you really must love your vr then.

O and another option is to buy wheels with low offsets and have them redrilled OR have your hubs redrilled to suit pcd, both options are something I am researching at the mo...........
