    thats not a bad price mate dependin on mileage ask them to do cahins aswell and ull have a new engine with in reason ... u get all new gaskets in a head set inc valve seals .... but like above depends how much they will charge u

    yeha u can adjust the ride height with out c spanners just use an old screw driver and hammer on the lugs .... but try and clean the threads b4 u try and move them and lub them .... mite need to remove the wheels to adjust thou ... as for stiffness not sure there mite be a thingy on the top of the strut
