This may be a silly question but are german plates illegal in this country and do many people use them on a day to day basis. If so do you get pulled a lot. Any help appreciated thanks.

Their is lots of snow in hertford area. I took my wifes car today left the vr at home safe and sound. The other car is rear wheel drive so much more fun anyway.lol

I have taken the cone shaped restrictor of from the outside of the box (is this ok )can i also take the cone from inside the box off, if so how is it done.
