    Hello mate, I have just lowered my vr from stock, I used GMax shocks and springs, probably not the best, but they cost me £220 delivered with a 40mm drop and they are not to hard at all but do give good handling. And I am also still on stock 15" rims.

    Yes you should get one, they are great for build quality driving fun and they do make a great noise,and you get to go on great forums like this.
