Ive had mine since October, and spent about £200 on things that NEEDED replacing. Fuel economy isnt great like anyone will say, but i love mine to bits (even though its had a sh*t respray job done on it :@)
  2. R plate, 100,500 miles, chains not done, and hopefully they wont need doing for a while neither!
  3. Makes me not want any! Lol. Im more than happy to give mine back come 3.10pm!

    Cheap or not?

    Cheap or not?

Sounds bloody expensive unless they are doing the tracking. Usually ( in my area) it costs £5 per tyre to be removed if they keep the tyre..
  9. about 3 hours i reckon, not including the engine.
  10. Me and Gary played the MPG game on the way back from the TSR day. @ about 56mph in 5th i got 45,4mpg.
  11. Good work Pete, lucky you have a garage too. Good to see the progress pics. Looks a little worse then mine was!
  12. Well i will be speaking to you soon Binliner about some parts hopefully!
  13. Just wondering what parts can be polished in the engine bay, so i can get some parts polished without removing mine. I know the inlet can be, battery clamp and tray, coilpack cover...what else and how easy is it to remove/replace? Mucho grasias.
  14. Yeah, i knew it wouldnt be perfect without replacing the panel, but its other areas that im a little disappointed with.
  15. I dont think polishing the inner will be feasable as it cost me £160 to get them that way. I would be happy with them being silver, but not 100% about how to go about it. :S
  16. 27th April- Got the Comps back today. Faces mirror polished, but i dont know what to do with the inner parts as it looks scruffy. Mod edit to resize pic Moderator edit by: TheGoth

    Failed MOT

See if you can pick up a cheap exhaust system off the bay, the ABS sensor i think is about £15 iirc and the number plate light is pence.
  20. At the end of the week i should be getting my TT comps back from being polished. Just wondering though will my current wheel bots fit? As they are a bit rusty, can you see the bolts very well, or should i get a wire brush out and paint the tops silver? Thanks. Jk.
