As many of us anticipate the release of arguably the best game EVER, I was just wondering who was hoping to take delivery on it tomorrow when its released. I know me, Mike and Xyber are waiting... anyone else? Also thought it would be good to start a topic giving opinions and advice on this hopefully awesome game. (h)

I have sourced us a Gazeebo just in case the weather isnt so great. However, on the Sunday i will have to leave for a couple of hours as i have to go onto the Sea Front to take part in the Plymouth Fun Run with children from my class.

Jk what do you put on your wheels to make them keep the shine and protect them from salt and the weather. Just a case of washing them with warm water and soap every 3-4 days (especially the fronts) and maybe every two weeks give them a polish with BELGOM then Autoglym metal polish. Job done, oh and none of this electrical polishers, all done by hand!

Keeping them clean is not a problem at all. Ive had mine on all winter and they are still as shinny as they were prior. Only the odd bit of wear and tear that you get on all wheels. No kerbing as yet either! Here's what mine look like at the moment:

You could keep them as they are for now, then when you get bored, give them a different look.

Very very common, so i chose option 3. However, im holding out, and like most fashions, people will get bored and i will have the only set left! Lol! Still dont know what other set of wheel i would have, I love my Comps.

The rears should fit flush, then its a case of hitting back the dust cap back, bit of trial and error.

20/4/08 Some Castle Combe pics and some local VW meet pics too. Lowered a bit more, front strut brace fitted and bit of a clean. Also fitted some VR6 side sills, but have no pics as yet.
