    im taking, tyre inflator, tyre reapir sealant, socket set, screwdriver set, sat nav, camping stuff, 2 radio's 1 spare, passport and car docs...and a few other things , laptop and invertor, camcorder and camera, all for everyone to use..

    engine advantages do anything, alot of ford stuff, nissan and a few others id guess, they have a good rep among many of the car clubs

    thanks all, yes the rr is a bit old but i think they are correct.. not sure of torque figures , and ill post a pic of the graph when i get a mo. btw, mileage is 160,000 and counting. i may take it to engine advantages in witham, as it would be nice to see another roads figures

    199.7BHP dyno'd at t and m's in colchester graph to folloe, mods as listed in sig.

    SORTED the lambda, it was a broken wire on the plug , i only noticed it when i went to move the plug. all is well now and the car made 199.7 bhp at the rr today

    right got back from my local rr. the result was 199.7 bhp ............................. im very happy, i had said at the time that a good engine should make around 190-195 those mods.. think it twas 151 at the wheels , we had 47/48 bhp loss through the transmission, but this is consitant with other vw 's i have had rolling roaded. # jim

    this thursday at 2pm... lets all have a guess shall we at the power and torque.. ive got a 6 branch, no cat, a custom exhaust , with a ramair. im going for 190bhp and 170 nmt.

    Mark, i wont have tim eto get the abs sorted, so im gonna pull the fuse and run without.... eek !

    Well i have some lambda's kicking around , ill change it over and try it again, after i cleared the faults.

    yeah the paint needs some loving at the mo..will give it a go this week.

    right i seem to have these faults, the abs one's i new about, and the maf, i assumed was because the car was not running... update, had another look, evap purge valve is disconnected so thats why it registered a fault. the one im intrested in is the lamdba sensor...does it need changing, i have no cat but ,the sensor is still in there.     reckon it was seademon, very nice car though, reminds me of my 200sx, espically the live mapping session down the a12!!!! very scary.

    i welded a proper flexi into mine, never gonna crack. but just incase i replaced the gearbox and front engine mount. i've had no problems in the 6 months its been on, and it not wrapped (yet)
