    yep car showed off the clock at 160, but i think the speedo stops shortly after as it looked like 162 ish, but the rev counter still went up.. confirmed on gps timing as 157.7 so im happy with that. i may have gone quicker but i wont no until there times are up on the webby.. i think last run agaisnt the v8 rx7 , was quick , as i was clear of him by aound 2 secs at the mile point

    yep amg mercs... pah .. id take it back to the garage and part x it. i had a great day, and tbh i think the car did very well, standing mile was 32.3 and a 13.2 quarter.. my slips prove that once im over the quarter, the car is devastatingly quick. ill post the vid links here once they are done

    cheers pete, ive already had 147 , when it was n/a over a similar distance, so im hoping for 160 mph - ish. first run is random;y drawn, others are against a buddy, or random if you choose. plenty of different cars there, im intrested in the porsches, and audi rs's .. pics and vids to follow.

    got mine from germany, delivered in two days.. as said though ring round the usual, storm, stealth, etc.. think i paid 40 quid... expect it will be a bit more due to me getting it cheap

    what top hose ? rad, air filer ? air filter is 80 mm, rad top hose around 28-32 mm

    id have to say a vr6 mk3 is more fn, bt more potential with the mk4, and slightly more bhp to start with

    ah yes i have a roller door, that bolts throught the middle, i then drilled out the bar at the end to alllow fitment of a padlock , to compliment the orig lock.. should do the job.

    ill take one of mine tommorrow, not that you can see though the mess.. had th car in there maybe twice in 4 years.. rest of time its been, bathroom, kitchen etc.

    yep pre book for spectating, as its a active airbase.. 15 quid for the day.. which should be quite good, looking at the entry list
