well as it caused quite a stir in the chatbox, i thought i'd start a little thread about my pothole story! On Tuesday night I drove over (or rather, fell into!) a massive pothole. It was the size of a manhole cover, i dont know how i didnt see it, it was big enough! Well i went back there to take some pics of it so that i could claim for my wheel to be fixed by the council. And guess what! It's been repaired already! so I rang the council first thing this morning and of course they knew about it. Well the good news is, i've got a claim form on its way to me. i'll let you know how i get on! And

Apparently.... The engine has had a full overhaul, including race cams, Ported and Polish cylinder Head and Angled Valve Seats for more BHP. APEX I Induction Kit, new plugs and leads. lol

I have to get my front bumper repaired/painted. crystal fogs, i need to finish polishing my manifold, need an exhaust, need to refurb/repolish my porsche wheels, needs a clean! lol

cheers guys... yea im a long way off finishing yet! i only have an hour or so most days. still i'll be proud of it whatever it looks like when its done as i can say I DID THAT!! No i dont have one of those mops, where do you get them from?

Also owning a G40 I'm afraid I have to agree with what's been said about Clubpolo, the Polo forums aren't as mature as this one, I guess it has something to do with the average age of the cars driver?! This site is both friendly and informative. Cheers guys!

thats fair enough guys. i didnt see them as jap style myself, i just fell in love with the dish and the price! I know they dont top the porsche wheels but ive got a thing for wheels, i've had so many it's just ridiculous!
