  1. hartmann is the best fit and its 70mm,so its very big compared to supersprint and others
  2. i know from the group buy tread that ther is around 30 people that bought the manifold,so there must be a couple more that can shere there experience.
  3. when the s2 owners go for big hp,they always put the maf after the charger,only problem is they can rip the maf wires,but idle and part trottle is way better,only need a little adjustment on the rollers. i england they have the s2 tuner mihnea he is the master when it comes to chipping an s2
  4. u are forgetting sach performance fahrwerk. the best suspension i have ever had with the perfekt drop a little lower at the front,my biggest problem now is i cant get it for my syncro
  5. have you got the plot eat this,the superchargede cars dont have more touque the you then.what else have you done too the car too get this power. arent there any others that have before and after plots

  7. when you get they aligment ,go for 1-1.3 negativ camber one the front,youll never regret it

  11. the one i race was with manuel gears. the one with 193bhp(325ti compact) and not the old one 323ti with only 170bhp. i had no probs with a 525 with autogearboks,also 193bhp there is a wold of diff. between 325 coupe and a compact much lighter sheel
  12. it must give something as the cooper is 1.6 and can betuned to over 200bhp.if your a do it your self mand then go for it,just alone for the sound,just saw the italian job for the 2nd time saturday.
  13. 325ti compact,is faster raced one ages ago. and i gave everything.and the vr i had then was ne of the better ones.
  14. if its a kit the yes the bearing would be changed,but not the cylinder slave. sometimes new bearings do that,you could get a spring mounted so there is a small preusser on the bearing.(that will not hurt the clutch) regards RIX

  16. i have taken the hoses of the tb on all of the vrs ihave had,and no probs at all.
  17. 21 rear spoiler adjustment,i think you found the one for a corrado mate,yours still dosnt say which fuse is the seats but vw has said its number 14,but that still only says back lights and yours also say washer jet heaters;IAM GETTING MORE AND MORE CONFUSED;vw also said the relay is under the seat.
  18. change the head unit,alpines are crap,i know tere abit granny radio,but put a blaupunkt in and youl be amased,i have had that same alpine in mine just after the oe one,and then fitted a blaupunkt one,the sound was much better and the radio reseption was 10 times better,and that was with the std. oe 8 speaker set in the golf 4 gti. all the alpine is good for is flashing some light.
  19. if you want some fore the dashbord its 100mm(think thats 4"),iam buy 2 pair of oe uprated speakers for the golf4 and fitting them sometime in the here in the spring,only one small prob. the the high tone speakers are small,so they will fitt perfekt in the back,but not in the dash(will bend a peice of metal and fitt them on that)
  20. yes the fuse is number 14,the one for the back lights,my seat dont work either,vw in flensburg said the relay under the seat is pron to sort circurt,so my next step is under the seat when the weather is abit better,too cold to work out side right now.
  21. no they are not,simpel as that.but u can still change with out having to do a 4 wheel aligment(if you do it correct)
  22. then the mrk. 3 syncro is ¨diffrent cause.it dosnt looklike mrk.1 at all,if your smart and unbolt correctly you dont need 4 wheel aligment,i did it on my previus car audi s2 avant,dead easy,the golf is the same prinsippul. so dub singh changing the drive shafts are a piece of cake when your doing the bearings.
  23. like the bumper on the grey one,the lower part is totaly diff.and whats been made to the tail gate.
  24. iam no computer wis,but promoting the club in dk and maybe germany,is something i could do,if you have some pamplets stickers etc.ill gladly help. but my email will not be working again before sometime next month,my own computer is down with virus,so my buddy is fixing it(very slowly)
