i didnt want a way to loud or cheessy sounding one but i wanted a lower tone and on tick over. iv been told after a few weeks when its worn in it will be louder hope so, yea im on standard air box, probli geta pipercross one.... Il probably keep it , paid 300 fitted pic added *@top

by the books the s3 (225bhp) should be faster 6 secs to 60. to the vr6's 7.4? the a3 1.8t is listed as 8.0

What was your 1st car? how old was you, what did you pay insurance, did you mod it? i had a 93 1.4 golf CL at 20, (in 2002) had 64k on it sold it with 80k 3 years later. put 17s on it lowered 40mm, exhaust, debadged it all round ect, 17s did slow it down even more lol paid 1500 fully comp !sad twice as much as i pay for a modded VR now !dodge loved the car tho had nearly no problems in 3 years, was slow as feck but got twice as many mpg as i get in the VR. how much can i expect to pay for a ful/cat back s/s supersprint exhaust. looking for 6x3 letterbox one. venom motorsport don t have prices on there site how much would it cost to get fitted?

Does anyone know a good (cheap) place to get these. i cant find a VW brekers in the midlands, does anyone have a list of vw breakers? seen some for 65pound is that a good price. are they easy 2 fit?

Has any one used powerflow on here? my brother has on his 1.6 mitsi and thats come out silly loud with just a backbox. they quoted me 130 for backbox or 240 for cat-back? what differnce will the cat back do, will sound be deeper?
