    i've brought the 4 front wishbone and 2 rear beam bushes. got a great deal from claire (VDUBGIRL). Spoke to a few people about doing it myself, and the consensus is to leave it to the pros unless you have the right tools and a lot of time to spare. 6hrs min for the lot i've been quoted by the phirm.

    When you have an "I Hate My Job" day, try this: On your way home from work, stop at your pharmacy and go to the thermometer section and purchase a rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson. Be very sure you get this brand. When you get home, lock your doors, draw the curtains and disconnect the phone so you will not be disturbed. Change in to very comfortable clothing and sit in your favorite chair. Open the package and remove the thermometer.     Cheers m8, i've brought a wiechers one from Dubmeister. Its just a bar with a curved plate at each end. )===========( So i'm guessing i'll have to drill the turrets to mount. BOLLOXS. Not what i wanted to do. Any info on where i can get a top mounted rear strut brace from?

    Bit of a way to go Craig. while ur there have a look at sams cream and purple mk3 vr6 turbo with the cruiser wheels. Check the arch work on it, it's very well done. Can't wait to see that car at the shows this season

    Matt> as steve said, only shortens the throw of ur gear change. Spoke to Tim last week and he made one up he had spare. usually makes the from ur current shift. Mine is nice and precise now, not mega short

    Just to add: Got a custom short shift made and installed by the boys down at the phirm today. £90 + VAT all in, and well worth it. They will shorten ur existing shift to any degree you require
