  1. I just had a quick look and both sailings are still available at a total price of £50
  2. Ferry site http://www.speedferries.com/ Dover Western Docks to Boulogne. The ferry will be at 7 and there is a 45 min check in. So we are looking at a 5:45 meet, to allow some lea way. Dover leisure center is normal. The hotel we used last time was this one: http://www.goldfass.de/ A small distance form the 'Ring (15miles) but cheap, clean, comfy and with great food. The owner is a bit strange! The online reservation services are not taking bookings for Easter yet. But, it might be worth actually phoning them with a list of requirements to see if we can get a deal if we book a nu
  3. Full FIA account is here: http://www.fia.com/resources/documents/17844641__WMSC_Decision_130907.pdf
  4. 'Forgive me father for I have sinned...."
  5. To bring this thread back to topic. This mornings speculations are very interesting. [blockquote]Unconfirmed reports in Portuguese newspapers suggested that her journal portrays Mrs McCann as being worn out by Madeleine's "excess of activity". She also allegedly complains that her husband does not help with family chores, meaning that the burden of looking after their twins falls on her, according to the Correio da Manha. [/blockquote] An psychologist friend of mine I was talking too about this a while back said that she had always thought they were guilty because a) It's 'always' the parents
  6. LMFAO - have not laughed so hard in ages :-d cheers Nige Well Kate's had three kids, so the phrase 'dog ears' springs to mind!
  7. I'd agree with Ben. Without wanting to sound shallow; cute little bob haircut and bigger baps.
  8. And oldie but a goldie. Makes me laugh every time. I am liking the fat comments also. And the number of related clips. The top 10 is side splitting too.
  9. Bitburger and the 'Ring go together like cheese and onion' date=' although it's not recommended to actually mix them ;-) [lightbox=../../e107_files/public/1189583600_2196_FT191036_image_021.jpg'][/lightbox] Every bar or restaurant I can think of serves it :-D And at the local Lidl the deposit on the bottles costs more than the beer in the bottles!
  10. She still look's fit though. a little stressed but fit LOL, I thought that would be your answer. Very fine for an older lady with two, ooops sorry three, kids.
  11. I'm going to wait until it's official the 'Ring will be open at Easter 2008. But as I've seen no more follow up the the thread on Northloop, I strongly believe that it will be open. I have some flex voucher crossings left so it won't cost be any extra to wait. Everyone else will have to make their own cost/risk assessment as to when to book. TG P.s. The official calender is usually released around the end of Feb.
  12. I've just had a look at the prices this morning and the flex tickets have been revalued to only £29 each way. Which might be a better punt depending on how convinced you are the weather will be good and the track actually open for tourists next year. The flex tickets also have a shorter check in period
  13. Boulogne to be precise, if using SpeedFerries.
  14. GPC (Luton) Ltd Unit 6, New Wellbury Farm, Hexton Rd, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG5 3BP Tel: 01462 768500
  15. An Easter cruise to Amsterdam sounds like a reasonable plan B in case the 'Ring is snow bound ;-)
  16. Be aware that the £20 tickets are none amendable. So if this happens again you'll be out of pocket! But as they less than 1/4 as much as the flexi ticket it's probably worth the risk. Look at the date, it's exactly a year before next Easter!
  17. These people organise a lot all over the country: http://bookatrack.com/
  18. Here's a link to some cruise footage from last Easter in a mobile format (MP4): http://www.sendspace.com/file/qse47f
