the insurance people reckon the disclamer is not worth the paper it is wirtten on .. due to the the fact that i would owe any customer a duty of care and that would superceed the disclamer... we are looking at another angle i will let you guys know when i get it sorted ... Mrben i did call the guy in scotland but he was abit cagey ..dont blame him to be honest ...

the problem is insurance .. i have been speaking to people since the start of december 04 and no one is willing to take on the risk .. they claim too much can go wrong that i would not be able to control .. i'm still tryin tho ..

are you sure mate ? if you have air con you should have two, the one at the very front will be the air con condenser if that was leaking you would see steem for a minuet or two then your air con would stop blowing cold ... shout if it is, i can probabley get you one cheaper than main stealer price ...

So if we say a tenner is fair, what would be fair for storage of a car that the owner snaps a bolt and the car is undrivable for a couple of day untill the new part arrives ?? i am thinking 20 quid a day ? any thoughts ??

so what would you call fair ?? concidering 1. you will have a mehcanic on site if you get stuck. 2. your not in the rain or the cold 3. you will also have acess to tools you may not have your self and not want/ neeed to buy them

If there was a place local to you, that rented out time and space on ramps, a bit like a DIY Kwik Fit. Which for an hourly rate of say a tenner, allowed you to get to the underside of your car and do all those jobs you end up laying in the road to do. With on site technical help in case you got stuck, and tools that you dont have in your own collection, available to borrow, rent however you wish to phrase it. Would you be interested in using such a place.?? On a turn up, use and go basis.

driving the wifes Civic get tuged by the old bill .. he finds the near side tire is below the limit .. hey i know i was wrong but the arogance of the c*nt really got my back up. so i asked him if there weren't some muggers or bank robbers hecould go harass .. ~ ~ ~ ~ does any one know how long points last ??
