    Right, does anyone know where i can get hold of the engine cover( one which says 2.8 vr6) coz i stupidly tried to get mine off to respray it and cracked it!! Any ideas???? %-6

    The bloke didnt know anything, or so he said so im still looking for the little sh1t! Just waitin for the guy at the bodyshop now to find me a decnt passenger door and then its in to be fixed. Dunno about anyone else but its awful driving round in a damaged car, i hate it, especially when i know the damage was thru no fault of my own!

    Hi everyone,just a quickie. Am just lookin at purchasing some ht leads from euro car parts website but in the description it says 'NO KING LEAD'. Now excuse me if this sounds thick but what does this mean? Take it its referring to the fact that not everything comes in the set?? any ideas?? %-6

    Admin, when i tried getting hold of a sensor from gsf i was given the wrong one, then told they didnt have the one i needed(rear). it was also 59 quid. I eventually bought the right one from eurocarparts for 68 quid, ouch!!!!

    Hi everyone, well as soon as my vr is back from the bodyshop im gonna get it serviced, according to the book its not needed for another 4k but id like to get it done for my own piece of mind(hasnt been done whilst ive owned it). Now seen as im fairly new to vr's i was just wondering where is best to go for one, obviously id prefer a dealer but what do they usually charge? Also,sorry if this sounds daft, but what can i expect to be done in a service to my vr? Currently reading 72k by the way! Im based in manchester if anyone can help, much appreciated

    Spoke to the traffic cop i know 2day and hes promised to make several enquires tommorow for me! Also paid a visit up the street the car pulled out of and a very helpful middle aged man told me of the boy racers on this little road , and hes asked me to go back in a couple of days after hes asked around. Thanks for all your responses, ill keep you posted!

    How did i know that 1 was coming!! Im hopefully seeing a traffic cop i know tommorow so im gonna ask him for some freindly, yet off the record advice! Right now id probably just rather kill the little fucker than get any money out of him, would make me feel a whole lot better!

    ACF mate, it was driveable but the collision had sent me facing the kerb and blocked in by another car who didnt see the incident!!! The street from which he pulled out from was a smallish dead end street, so ive already come to the conclusion that he must have been up there for a reason! Been back up there but no luck as of yet! Mate of mine drives a recovery truck so if i do see the car, we will be taking it( not rgistered so whos he to argue)

    I am well and truly pissed off! Those of you who were at vwnwest will have noticed how i managed to get my purple highline in top class condition( several coats of wax, clean and immaculate interior and even had my wheels fully refurbed day b4 the show). You may know whats coming now, yes some little boy racer dikhe*d in a jreg clio decided to not even look, pull out, smash into, and then DRIVE OFF leaving me with a badly damaged nearside vr! Nice one i thought when i found the reg plate on the floor, until the cops told me the vehicle was unregistered ~ Now thanks to some little pr1ck, i am

    Waheyyyy, my ABS is now working, went to gsf and they gave me the wrong sensor but the people at euro car parts kindly took 65quid off me and my mate put it on. result i now have abs again
