Well im getting standard brake discs for the back now.... what pads are best ? I want some new pads for the front n back, low dust pads would be nice, where sells em and how much? Cheers Peter

Im not particularly fussed just easier if they do it for me really. my leads have started to break up! and causing a misfire here n there,# so do u think that's a good price for a service?

just phoned awsome GTI and spoke to Andy with regards to a service for my VR includes all the usal pants for a service; fuel filter + pollen filter replacment is £30 on top magnecor leeds he's assured me that they are good and had not problems with them, 8.5mm core. they are priced at 76quid + VAT. so the service is 155 + 30 for the filters and 76quid + vat for the leads. A fault reader is also used to see if any errors have popped up on the ecu etc... Should i go with this or pay for genuine VAG leads? let me know your views Pete

buy my filter! BMC CDA is the dogs of filters if u want to spend alot! if not then go with a induction cone and build a heat shield to go around it.
