mannie 0 Posted July 14, 2006 Report Share Posted July 14, 2006 hi all,I am doing my thermostate housing o rings/seals and also the sump gasket.1)do i use gasket sealer on all jointing face (just to be safe)1a)what colour gasket sealer2)my sump gasket is from GSF made in germany by elring (11621 GSF),it is the paper type,any good ? its just that i've read on this forum that most people use the rubber type ???3) the correct torque setting for the sump bolts.thanks all.
