Rad Weld would you use it

Hi ive got a small leak in my radiator and was told to use rad weld but im not to sure about it what do you think

i chucked some rad weld in mine, it has slowed down the leak. it seems to be ok for small leaks.

I woudnt use it, as the VR engine runs quite hot at the best of times. And if rad weld can block small holes in the raditor just think what it might block in the engine

Ok thanks guys looks like i`ll have to get a new rad then are the vr rads quite weak or am i just unlucky

ECP rads are good, had to put one in mine and fits well and does the job well

Don't use the stuff!!!!!!!! I put some in my mk2 2litre 16v, it cured the leak alright but f@*ked up my heater matrix, which cost dearly to get replaced!
