I don't have a spare 2k lolDiy allowed within ur own abilities.I'd.personally go for a mk2 golf gti 16v with 9a bottom end (2.0 conversion) that would prob see me 1500 an the other 500 would prob go on zorst an solid front engine mount.I'd love.to.say a.vr6 but tbh I think the mk2 with 2.0 would be more chuckable an not much difference in bhp/ton Link to post Share on other sites

It was my first car when I was 17 and absolutely loved it it was only the 1.6 coz I couldn't afford to insure the 1.9. BUT after a little while of thrashing the t#ts off it I eventually popped a conrod through the side of the block so not long later it had a little trip upto Peugeot ecosse to get its new heart put in. Yes you guessed it. The same as above a little 170hp 1.9 16v from a 405 mi16. Ahhh the fun, those were the day's lol Link to post Share on other sites
