Daverse 175
I would think the scan tool features would work, no reason not too, but things like the speedo /g meters (that run off gps) are rubbish, apparently we were pulling 6G in a series 3 land rover.. :S
Ben Seabrook 4
yeah agreed mate but its more the scan clearing fault codes and the possibility of taking readings from the ECU with your phone sitting nicely on the dash really appeals to me !
oldmandon 1
Can you really clear codes etc for £2.24?????

oldmandon 1
It's an Android App.....didn't notice that they did it for i-phone....one of the reviews said he went and bought the samsung galaxy s on the grounds of this App being good.....
russj249 2
Any good for iPhones? There's a similar one for iPhone, I was going to put it on my girlfriends iPad2 I bought her for her birthday.. but worked out really expensive. It's called 'rev' and looks to be the same kind of thing. Not cheap though and have to pay more for the leads.
VR6Pete 1,455
There's a few for iPhone.. http://www.palmerperformance.com/products/dashcommand/index.php is best, stay clear of the cheap Bluetooth dongles for android... My mate showed me his in his civic and the lag was horrific on the 'real time' ECU data..
Ben Seabrook 4
Yeah i am not expecting it to be perfect Pete but for that price what do you expect ! Think it might be a useful little tool to have rather than haul my laptop about

bungy 2
There is one for Apple using a Bluetooth sender. I posted it about a year ago in the R32 section. Well worth a try Ben as it might just be tops.

bungy 2
Worth thinking about the BT device plugged into the obd port. If that is slow then functions will be poor.
Ben Seabrook 4
Move along apple fan boys nothing to see here just sensible people not taken in by fancy packaging ! Yeah Bungy I agree got to be worth a punt for £3 !
Timah89 1
i for one am going to give it ago, gotta be quite handy for quick fault code rem oval rather that getting the laptop out. £3 for that app and £15 for a bluetooth sender that can also be used for the laptop, win win
