leehill139 0 Posted July 17, 2010 Report Share Posted July 17, 2010 I took my VR to a local race team the other day for its scheduled re wire, unfortunately it happened to be the day that the place was holding an annual Mitubishi Evo Rolling Road day!!! I looked a bit of a plonker turning up in a low euro looking VR golf, lol Anyway I had a bit of a chat with the Owner/Manager, and it turns out that he welcomes all clubs etc to turn up on a specific date & chuck members cars on the RR for a discounted rate...It got me thinking, how about we all get together, set a date & book his RR for the VR6OC guys????His rolling road prices are £50.00 ea, for the usual 3 runs per car, however on a club day he reduces the rate to £36.00 ea, still for the normal 3 runs & printout!!!So what do you all think???One saturday, we all get together, get our car Dyno`d on a really reliable bit of kit used for their own race cars, and at the same time have a chat & a cuppa etc...Afterwards we can spend a couple of hours driving to Point B, where we can all disperse...Just thought it would be a good idea thats all....The garage is based in Cheltenham guys Link to post Share on other sites
