stu h 0
the one-touch works opening and closing on the drivers side of my golf but the passenger side only has the one-touch going down, i have to hold the button to close it.Is this right or should it one-touch close aswell??cheers

SankysVR6 1
i think the reason it dosen't have the one touch going up is due safety reasons. i.e so you dont trap your hand or a someone's head
stu h 0
lol, so i'm allowed to trap my head in the window on my side? he he (not that i'm quite that dim)so its not just my car then?
SankysVR6 1
somebody else was talking about the same problem. they said the switch might have a learn button or something like that.
stu h 0
i remember reading that somewhere recently, will try and find it.didnt know if it was sposed to do that from the factory as the other window functions work fine
acf8181 0
i suspect its in case you have a youngish kid in the passenger seat, so you can't trap their head in it. they figure that as a driver you should have one hand on the wheel whilst opporating your window with the other.
