BADOIR 2 Posted October 31, 2009 Report Share Posted October 31, 2009 Just kicking my heels so i thought why not.This all started when i lost my licence through the demon drink (not a proud moment i may add ) Anyway Sal had to learn to drive pretty quick , so the deal was Get me a GTI and i'll learnSo this is what i came up withWell pass her test she did and all was good, she did actually learn in this car, after a couple of months we were travelling up the M50 when a tanker pulled out in front of us and this was the outcomeall was well no one hurt. so on we moved, time to find anothercame up with this one at a bargain pricethats how she came, after a couple of weeks a few changes were made, wheels, lowered and then we started to take her to the next level play with the engine bay,(the coluors were my idea, sal was never convinced)all was going well, ready to get the bodywork tidier and a respray until some drunk bloke (not me ) came around a bend on our side andSal took the brunt of this one and was laid up for a while. So we need another car off we went and found thisthis one stayed with us a while but we never did much to her, and then BANG. no not another one only blew the engine this time, but repair against value didnt add up SO in came R11Now R11 has been and still is a work in progress, as most of you know,weve had our problems but she always comes through them.she did get to look like thisand more rcently thisBut as she stands at the mnute she looks like this (last week)Well at the moment thats how she is but very soon and after a little more playing with and a few cheeky bits added, she will be back to the good old daysIn the mean time watch this spaceOh and less we forget, P22 is still out there like a goodun Link to post Share on other sites
