jonvr6highline 0
Hi,I'm getting new shocks and springs (Eibach & Sachs) put on next week (30mm drop), to replace just the lowered springs. Any ideas around Sussex/Surrey/South East where I could get my 'laser alignment' done? Going by previous experience, my car will be too low to get it on the ramps at my local garages! Also any ideas, how much? I've been told only the front wheels can be realigned anyway!CheersJon 8)

six appeal 53
Does anyone know if they have a limit on how low your car is? Been to a few places and they have all struggled with mine due to the ride height? Have all managed to do it to a certain level and drives ok, but never been happy enough with it to offer me any sort of guarantee!Think Mintys and Justins are about the same height? Did they have any difficulty with either of yours?

binliner 0
I don't think the problem was getting it on the ramp but rather getting it set up properly if it's too low... is that what you meant simon?btw they didnt have any probs with mine it drove like a dream afterwards as well. There was a lot of nice cars around when I was there and mine wasnt the lowest
six appeal 53
Yeh I meant the problem was setting up, especially adjusting the camber due to it being too low, not cos it won't go on the ramp!Ps.Andy..... Feltham tyres, is that far from us?
acf8181 0
nope, just off J3 (i think, may be 4) of M4they should be able to get in there, they gop from under the car at feltham tyres...its really cool, they raise the car on the ramp, then set the lasers up, so they can do the reading whilst they adjust it.[ Edited Mon Oct 25 2004, 09:10PM ]
