Jk* 0
Well, its been almost a week since picking up the VR6 from my 1000 mile, 16 hour journey to Skegness. Since then ive continued to drive around in my banger of a Escort as i was waiting to have a service done on the VR6 and another little problem fixed. This week i also received my new lights and am awaiting the fronts @ the moment. But here's the new additions. To be fitted tomorrow. The day i bought it.SAT 16th September (i think) New additionsCar is off to the bodyshop tomorrow to get a quote for a full respray in the same colour, have the rear wiper arm and badges removed too, badgeless grill. Pete.sVR6 0
JK,Car looks good mate, looks as if you got a great deal there & well worth the 1000 mile trip going by the pictures.Would be interested to know how much you get quoted for the respray?
Jk* 0
£1000
Earwig 89
£1000That sounds a bit to cheap for a full respray to me. Especially if you are having the rear badges and wiper removed at the same time !Bare in mind that if the recess for the badge is not plated and welded it will swell up and be visable. :-)Don't let them tell you otherwise. :-)Car looks pretty nice though and was worth the long trip it seems.Mark

Drives lovely though and the leather is so comfy. (h)
