Intake manifold is from here https://www.turbo-parts.de/intake-manifold/Short-runner-Intake-Manifold-for-VW-VR6-2-8L-24v-Turbo-MK4-Golf-Jetta-Bora-MK4::920.html Its aluminium, needed some modifications because im using a golf 3 throttle body (cable driven) Ecu wiring is almost done

Exhaust manifold is a cheap stainpess one (doubt it is actually stainless, more like cast iron) from races-shop.com The benefit is that its quite short so if i fit the engine in the engine bay, i still have about 5cm of room left.

Busy on the build, still waiting on more parts, but finished the ecu assembly and working on wiring now VID_20201107_165124.mp4

Im not using a kit at all, putting everything together seperately.

Can anyone tell me what the pinout of the crank sensor is I have a picture from the wire that came off the crank sensor but i need to know the pinout 1. (Black) switched power? 2.(brown) ground? 3.(white) signal? I understand that vw uses hall effect sensors and not vr?

Exhaust manifold fitted, entire head dissasembled flattened and valve seat ground in head reassembled
-
Yes im planning on tuning it myself
-
