  1. Hi all!

I couldn’t find any answers on this... but when my turbo install is done can I drive the car to the tuners so I can get it all mapped?
will have the bigger Maf, injectors etc.. it’s 100 odd mile trip there

I wouldn't of thought so with bigger maf and injectors on standard map/ecu.

I would send the ecu to the tuners to get a base map on it, then you can drive it there for final adjustments on dyno.
  2. Hey guys and girls just wondered if anyone is running a recirculation valve such as a 007p on a charged set up? I have a z engineering zr1 set up currently just wondering if I will benefit from one !

I have a 1.8t oem bosch one fitted to mine. I fitted at the same time as the supercharger, so I don't know what runs like without one!
  3. Hi, i'm using piper 264's with my supercharged set up at 6psi and it's been great for the 3 years I've had it supercharged. Although i fitted the cams before the charger so I don't know what gains you'll get going from the standard cams to schimmels. I have heard that the 263's work well with forced induction though mate

  4. I might use one ive just read up there a requirement on a supercharged car using a maf.it makes sense at idle the maf can only read the air between maf and throttle body which would be a dead head which inturn can make it run rich as the maf isnt reading a flow.if i fit a recirculating one the maf can then read a flow at idle.Bugger means altering pipework not too hard i suppose.any recommendations for a recirculating type? I can pipe in between outlet and throttle body for valve and pipe from valve to a joint i have at inlet of charger

I used a genuine vw one(bosch) from the 1.8t engine or buy a forge one if you want bling lol
