    So I have nearly finished putting together a turbo setup for my VR6 and I need someone to fit everything. Where do you guys recommend? Obviously the cost is one of the main issues but I do want a good job at the same time. I'm in Bedfordshire but willing to travel.

    Thanks for the replies guys. I have chosen to let the Schrick go and will be ordering a short runner after some advice from Vince @ Stealth.

    Need some advice please. I had originally purchased a Schrick air intake manifold as I was going to stay naturally aspirated but have recently changed my mind and bought a turbo setup. My question is can I use the Schrick air intake manifold with my turbo setup?

    I will also be ordering some 263 cams from them and possibly a short runner intake. If you want to order the cams we could see if they will do a better price? I'm just worried about the import duty!

    I have been wanting to upload more updates on my vr for ages but it will only allow me to add pics of up to 6.5kb in size and all my images are way bigger than this. Any ideas of how to get round this please?

    Does anyone have a set of front and rear red seatbelts from a mk3 golf anniversary edition? Need to be in good condition please. Not sure if it makes a difference but I need them for a 3 door.

    I'll be bringing the VR down hopefully in a little convoy with GT53 BAD and B7D VR and possibly our mate Jesus in his mk2 1.8t.

    Quick update on the VR. I have just collected the drivers seat from the trimmers and they have done a excellent job with repairing the drivers seat bolster. The colour match is perfect aswell you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The next thing for me now is to figure out how to wire the electrics to the seats. Can anybody help me with this? I am trying to find a wiring diagram for the seats in a Porsche 944 to start with.

    I just thought I would try it out with the DRL's I did actually get another bumper sprayed aswell so if I ever got bored I could stick the other bumper on with maybe some crystal lights. But for now everyone that has seen them has said they like them so going to keep them on for now as I like them too.

    Welding the runners to the new seats sounds easy enough. Not sure about the rears yet. Getting them included with the front seats so may aswell try and use them.

    Just bought some Porsche 944 leathers. The colour is very rare these are the only ones I have seen for sale in a very long time! I wonder how much work will be involved in getting them to fit my car. Will also see how nice the rear ones look in the car and possibly fit them in aswell. Drivers seat bolster needs a repair and i have been quoted £100 to get it looking fresh again from a local company.

    Latest update on the car. It is still in the bodyshop nearing completion finally!! Custom front bumper DRL's being wired up at the moment. Hopefully ready for Inters I will be there on Sunday.

    Yesterday I also got my new tyres put on which look loads better than the size I put on originally. Gone for Pirelli P Zero 215/40/17's on 9j rear wheels and 195/40/17's on the 8j fronts...
