Yeah, that was just my personal opinion and preference, all day long I'd have a miltek! I had loads of bother with that jetex, it wasn't a full system to be fair though!!

I run scorpion currently but I've had magnex and jetex too. Scorpion is possibly the best of the 3 though.

Same, no one in the UK was interested. If the charger doesn't have its ID tag with its seriel number Vortech won't touch it either. You can get parts for it from superchargerrebuilds.com

Of course it is, it has to have its obligatory Stance and you have to be able to fit into the scene too with the oil burner upfront

Mate, it's got a 1y diesel, same engine as a milkfloat! I'm going to tidy, run it and sell it, hopefully at the first show I rock up to!

Sorry for digging up an old ish thread, but im at a bit of a loss, got a mk3 vr6 with a stage 2 VF9 charger just pulled the belt off as i dont know when it was last changed, and measured it at 1440-1445? 7 rib

Which isnt anywhere close to the lengths that you put in your excellent write up

Ive still got P/S and A/C

I have searched the net and come up empty handed, any thoughts?

That's what we all say.. and low and behold it'll have coil overs, exhaust, nice wheels in a short space of time and I'm sure it will have some nice unique touches from the spares you have from the black one

Engine not a problem, I have a spare 74k engine sitting on a stand in my garage waiting.

I can lend an engine crane off a good mate of mine.

Can have old one out and new one in, in under a 5 hours I reckon.

I managed to take whole front end off my other VR in 8 mins, that was after dropping the water.

My mate wanted to time me lol and said I couldn't do it in under 10mins. That was also thanks to a well laid out and organised tool box. So I know where everything is. And owning about 5 mk3's perviously, so I know them like the back of my hand.

I even have a spare supercharger , it needs a few parts, but I reckon I could fabricate most of what I need my self. So I may end up with 2 supercharged VR's. Well see what time brings
