    Idle is absolutely fine it was all over the place for about half hour then stuck on800 been fine since. I was told u can smooth the ramps but do not remove any material or it will never idle again! So that's what I did. I concentrated more on other areas like the shaft an disc, removing excess screw thread an countersinking the heads. I then removed material from anywhere that wasn't the peak of the ramp or around the throttle disc. Before I did this the car felt sluggish when flooring it from low speeds. It definitely snaps alto more now but not annoyingly so. I've yet to venture further wit

    Oh an also the reason it drives fine for first 5 mins will be because it's running q warm up map until engine is up to temp I believe

    Daverse thats both evil and genius!!! I told her that it was an investment into the future as I was bound to need new tyres at some point as the ones on the car are nearly worn out....there not even close...;-)

    I took pics of the two best ones lol. One had slow puncture in the side wall. An the other the beading was torn. Guys at tire garage showed me so I knew they wasn't trying it on. Tbh that is £200 in total. So I prob should not. Moan to much. Just have to explain to the mrs where 200 quid went now oops

    Seems I'm not as lucky as I thought. Two of tyres are knackered so it's cost me £200 lol.

    just picked up a set of BSA motorsport 17" black with chrome edge Split rims with tyres. £100!! all tyres good an 2 have slow punctures i can get sorted for about £20 Looked them up, there basically BBS replicas i think but for £100 with good rubber im more than happy!! came off a mk3 GTI as well so will definatley fit Will post pics as soon as ive fitted them

    Lol. Ka drivers seem to be some of the worst. I had a girl clip my front bumper an drive off at a petrol station about a month ago. Luckily no damage just light scuff.

    White line on my passenger door. But it looks like it will t cut out tbh, my car has its fair share of scratches it's by no means a minter. But it's still my pride an joy! As the Mrs knows if it ever comes to the car or her..she knows where the suitcase is haha

    Parked up at Tesco for five minutes an some old man an his Mrs decide they have to park next to me an obviously leave a gap to small to open there door properly. I'm not sure if they didn't notice me sitting in my car or just didn't care but after nudging my car door with her door twice her fat backside an then her hand bag I'd had enough. I recently quit smoking too just to add to the fury. I wound down the window an gave them absolute he'll which I do not wish to repeat.(to the point I feel a little bad now as I didn't mean to scare them) I'm so carefully never to damage anyone else's car.
