Started fitting the samco And fitted the manifold (trail fitted the link pipe and can) I put all new studs and nuts in as well

It will run untill the temp drops to under 90

Number 13 mate 10 amp fuse Does horn and fan run on (keeps the fan on after the ignition has been switched off if needed) Also location 1 sarts from the left

Fitted the rear sets (no adjusted the gear lever yet) And fitted the clocks and headlights

To be fair it's been all the big bits so far it will be slower progress from now on as there are lots of small bits to do And I'm away for 2 weeks on Monday so there aint going to be any updates then

Lol yeah keep on wishing guys I just started looking at turbos for the R1 sounds like it could be fun

To be fair it's the same as anything I buy I'm more intrested in building them as to driving them Mk4 golf build it over a year spent about 10k sold it for 5k as I got bored when it was done Golf cab, put a vr charged lump in it in one day I've drove it about 10 times in about 8 months I will more than likly sell the bike when it's done after about 2 months, then start again on somthing else

Picked up the frame and bits today

Just used TFR works on everything just have to make sure you get it all off

Gave the engine a clean today Well a first clean to get rid of 90% of the grime I will get all the small bits left done as I do the strip and rebuild Can't really see much differnce in photos but so much grime came off it Before: After:

O it will take a fair wile job list was Strip bike Powder coat frame Clean and inspect every part (inc nuts and bolts) replace where needed Do engine valve clearances and general inspection replace and worn parts New stator & regulator Dyno jet kit Samco coolent hoses New chain sprockets Strip and rebuild callipers And a new standard paint job Rebuild as I go So alot of work and cost so it wont all be going this quick

Yep its there's It doesn't matter how many people it goes to on the log book you can't sell somthing you don't own, and some they still own it they can take it back when ever they like

All the v5 means is you are the registerd keeper not the owner The finance company are the owners of it untill it has been paid off

Some but not all Labelling doesent really work al the time as the powder coasters take it all off lol I find taking lots of pic's works the best
