    Well I managed to sort out my battery problem, I bought one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Yuasa-Professional-075-Car-Battery/dp/B0032O4980 Brand new with a 3 yr guarantee, for the grand total of...................................... £34. YES £34. Who wants one? But you'd need to be quick....

    Where did you get the wheels done? lovely job on them........as mentioned by someone else here, wasn't that much of a fan of the standard wheels myself, but yours look sooooo much better

    I've just had the fronts changed to JL Audio 6.5 compnents, the rears are being done this week. but fronts are MUCH better than standard, while probably not as good as the focals, they aren't as expensive either, I got my for £120 on a deal from £180. Will let you know how the rears do, but then I'm having mid range speakers in the rear without tweeters as I am amping it all up eventually, with a small (10 inch) sub in the boot.

    Evening All, I was have a gentle (uh hum) 130 mph jaunt down the erm...private motorway whilst trying to get some juice into my battery (see other thead), and I thought to myself, isn't this car well planted, especially for one that is 15 yrs old and as far as I know totally standard. How fast are these things supposed to be...not that I'm that bothered, I just love the noise.....

    I haven't tried this yet, will do that tomorrow as I'm off work for the day. What sort of figure should I be expecting and I'm assuming thats with the engine running?? If I need to replace the battery, what ampage am I looking for?

    A few weeks ago, I went to move my car but it wouldn't start as the battery was flat. I'd put it down to me having all the doors open, the stereo on all day as was cleaning it. Anyway, I took it for a drive and it was fine for 2 weeks. I started the car up on Sunday morning, drove to work and left it there at 7am. When I finished work at 2,30 I couldn't get the alarm to open the doors. Eventually they did open, but the car wouldn't start as the battery was flat?? Jump started the car and drove it home.
