  1. If ur getting old, so am i Nat, i can see James' point of view, but the question is guys: Is it (or are they) really worth it?
  2. An immobiliser can be cut out easy enough, on cheaper (and possibly all models) it's usually a unit between the ignition barrel and starter motor.... even if it's not, it will just b a case of replacing the wire with the immobiliser in-line with a fresh one, use a multimeter to find out what u have to cut/replace etc.....

  4. Congrats on the buy dude, not many silver ones about, get sum pics up! I do alot of town/urbanish driving... and i usually average around 22- 25, (even if i do get a tad over enthusiastic!) and long stints i usually see between 28 and 33

  13. Hi guys, was thinking of sorting out a Surrey based meet so wanted some feedback on this! Have had a quick search and their are plenty of us to make it a good sized event. Will find a location once we have some interest and an idea of numbers... something in central Surrey? Thinking of doing it on a Saturday as that works best for me due to uni and work, however I can do most evenings too. What do we all think?

  15. I need to do my rears, went to eurocarparts yesterday... £12.50 plus VAT each for an obd2! annd the guy in the woking branch has even offered a discount if i show my card!
  16. cool, thanks guys, i was hoping to get some new pattern onews sprayed in, when iget a couple of other bubbles done, did think of grabbing a second hand pair too.. had a quick poke about arond the seal, doesnt look too bad, it was the mud flaps that did this!

Hi guys, sorry if this is a repost, but i cant see it anywhere... i have a fair amount of rust on the bottom rear of my o/s wing, and a fairly small amount in the same place on the n/s. o/s has gone right through, not much left of the bottom couple of inches, and basically, would that be an MOT failure (if i tape up the sharp edges for now)? unfortunately, the snow made it much worse, but i havnt got any more recent pictures; but you get the idea:
