  1. sold this guy some disks calipers and pads hoses around 5 or 6 weeks ago now,i wasnt sure of the postal costs because they was quite heavy when packaged up,he told me he needed them asap and we would sort postal costs out later £37 quid they cost on a next day service,sent him a copy of the recipte got one p.m off him a week or so later saying he would sort somthing out in the next week,that was around 4 weeks ago now,he has ignored the last 3 p.m msg i have sent him,i also see he is having a similer problem on edition38 by not sending his old brakes on to the his buyer on there (its in the b

  8. all went well in the end stig couldnt work out how the cable connected to the latch,managed to help rustyman out this afternoon with a few jobs had a look at his 20 seconds once you know how lol sorted it this afternoon,as for your problem when i was searching on here i found loads of threads regarding opening the bonnet when the cable had snapped etc,hope you get sorted soon,if you was closer i would try and help out ,

  10. on mine when i took the ac out i was left with a brass/gold colour block were two pipe was connected this was located on the passenger side of the bay just underneath the coolant tank,what do your heater controls look like
  11. has anybody got a close up pic of how the bonnet cable attaches to the locking latch, tried to get this working for a while but just wont seem to work for me as i cannot remember how it was connected in the first place cheers

  15. got all my car back together turned over sounded a biut rough for the first minute,then i notice fuel was leaking from under the car quite a bit in fact then the car cut out,its not leaking from the the tank or the fuel filteror from in the engine bay,seems to be just behind the wheel arch,from the rear of the car there is 3 pipes these can be seen untill roughly were the driver sits then they disapere in a proud groove then i dont see them till they apere in the engine bay just below the maf area, so are the fuel lines in one compleat piece from the fuel filter to were they apere in the engin
  16. well had quite a productive day today,removed the old chain kit found the bit that had broke off,got half the new chains on ,new cams fitted and polybushed the ps rack,finally got all the neuspeed pullys on new pics here http://s511.photobucket.com/albums/s357/jason2875/vr%20chain%20etc/?albumview=slideshow

  18. have remove all the aircon pipes plus the pump ,am now left with a square block on the passneger bulk head,it has 2 holes in it,can this just be left as is? blocked off? or something else
