wait till you get to the 2000!
are you using a flat sanding block? friend of mine tried something similar by hand and was covered in ripples and uneven patches
Using a block for the majority, except for the branched part.

Can the metal inlet manifold gasket be reused? Or is it one of those gaskets that crush and only work once?
-
Sounds the same as mine. It's not a 4motion like, but same problem. I've had a leccy look at mine and he reckons the alarm (which doesn't work anymore) is draining.
Is the engine running smoothly? Because a bad earth could be another cause

What about standard 12v engines, is there a difference between european and american?

Does it matter if these manuals are for american models? Is there a difference between European and american Golfs?

I've been keeping my eye out for a VR6 Bentley manual and not seen any at all. Where can you buy them? And, are they any good?

In$urance firms make millions. I'm certain instances like that can be paid for without breaking a sweat - instead of taking away more and more of our hard earned cash

Currently got mine tied up with a bit of electrical tape, until I can think of a better way. Noticed one of the wires slightly rubbing on the alternator belt oops, so had to tie that up somewhere as well
The kit I got came with rubber seals for the ballast. As long as you have the right size hole in the back of the headlights, it's a pretty snug fit

Seems to the further north you go, the more it sucks trying to find someone who knows there way around VWs

I find specialists are easier to knock down in price. The bigger insurers seem to give you one price with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

Has anyone tried zombies on this one? Proper addicted to that on COD WAW

I think I know what to ask for xmas... wet and dry, duct tape and rubbing compound... Sounds wrong lol

I'm in Lincoln every other weekend, but I don't live there. Not seen anyone either haha

Are they any good? Didn't think there would be enough space there to create decent bass

people have even asked me what make of car mine is !! let alone if its a VR6 ! ;)
So VRG must be a pretty good attempt for some people haha
I find I have to explain what the car is to people under 30

Not sure which black mine is. It has a metallic sparkle to it if that makes any difference

Try and see if another insurer will price beat it, then go back to Flux and tell them you found it cheaper. Then Flux might price beat that.
I'm sure they just make these numbers up
