on my 12v i stopped using stock ecu when i hit 608 hp..now im running aem on it..and it works perfect..daily driver with 1000cc injectors..no problem..one of the good things about aem is that i can control air/fuel on each cylinder..when you go high numbers on vr6t cylinder 1,3 and5 need more fuel..i will run aem on r36t also..aem can almost everything.
