Hi I am looking to get another mulberry golf vr6 soon, hopefully, and i am trying to get some ideas together on how i would like to modify my one, got some small ideas already. Need a bit more inspiration..... so could all the mulberry vr owners 3 door or 5 door post some pictures up for me of there pride and joy. Mulberry purple vr6 need only to apply. lol. Look forward on seeing what you guys and girls come up with. Thank you all. P.S Pictures of my beast - loved it to bits.

Hey Nat - check this ebay number out 350272177727, this splitter is the same one i had on my vr6, it fitted pretty well, apart from the minor gap at the front where both parts of the splitter join together.

Hi Everyone I know its a few hours away yet but i would like to say HAPPY NEW YEAR 2 everyone the lads and the ladies. I did have a mulberry purple vr6 for about 6 months sold it due to some personal problems but i loved every minute of the car and spent a fortune on it, i was thinking of buying Abi's vr but as usual my plans never work out - lol. I am on the hunt for another mulberry purple at the moment - best colour by far lol. Anyway hope to see everyone in the new year at shows, events and meets. Thank you all.

Funny everyone, i no am the laughing stock of the vr6 forum. and thank you everyone. lol Anyway my car is up for sale on auatotrader, pistonheads, ebay, edition 38 and last but not least here. on edition 38 and here with no pictures. lol Check it out.

Thanks guys, my mate wired up the mk4 golf indicators today to the car look wicked. It rained today and no water or steam got in, but i will have to see what happens when a jet wash goes over them.

the mk4 golf indicators are perfect i try fitting them today but noticed that the indicator loom pushes on to the indicator while the mk3 golf loom twists on to the indicators.

Sory for posting it 3 times i thought more of you guys will see it sorry. Yeah both sets where of ebay made by company called autoart. Any ideas what other vw car comes with standard clear indicators that will fit the mk3 golf? Also how you meant to seal them?

Hi I have bought twice a set of clear "autoart" side indicators. And guess what both times it went in the car wash the indicators steamed up and got water inside them. I am getting well annoyed with this now. Any ideas on this? Also i bought a set of genuine mk4 clear indicators, and received them today but the back fitting seems to be different to the mark 3 golf. Again any ideas? Cheers.

Thanks guys for your help. The reason for me asking is beacuse each time my car goes to the hand car wash the aeriel goes from a black colour to a bronze colour ( maybe the chemical mixed with the water) and also my wing indicators and front fogs get water inside them and it is costing me each time to buy replacement bits. I tryed using a hairdryer to get the water out but no joy so bought replacement indicators and aerial. Thats why i thought i clean the car with wipes myself and no water or chemical will mess my bits up. Cheers :-d

Hi I am thinking of trying a new way to clean my vr, i usually do the jet wash route, but i am thinking of using car cleaning wipes you can get them from halfords and like wise places. Has anyone cleaned there cars with wipes before? I am thinking of getting these wipes from halfords "armorall clean and shine" Any advice please - from you car cleaning addicts. Cheers.
