  1. by far the best project ive seen in a long time,well done so far mate
  2. Haldex rear diff with Haldex controllor,this is not a for sale add (untill i talk to this guy) im simply looking for the guy who asked me about it.
  3. i run 9" mate but on 16" fronts were fine but rears needed rolling i run 205/35/16
  4. they look alot like mercs but as you say they would be 5x112 but they even have the extra drill holes just like mercs!lol are you sure there 5x100,and if you dont mind me asking how much were they?ps. they look nice;)
  5. is the gauge new or used?i got a new one put it in the same place and mine works fine,maybe a duff gauge?

  7. will a fuel filter cause any problems if its on the wrong way around?
  8. wheels went on today.its abit high atm because i put my uprated springs on and didnt have time to adjust them lol
  9. yes mate they will all fit,ive had every single combo known to man on mine and never had a problem, but if yours is a VR6 id recommend you get the MK3 VR6 springs,are you just doing the springs or are you doing the shocks aswell?
  10. i would say most are on coilovers mate and there for lowered to perfection, ride hight would be hard to measure unless all the way down in that case whatever they say on the spec ! lol,i use FK but there are a few that seem good value for money.

  12. i dont want to push you in the wrong direction or anything and i wouldnt put money on this but im sure a friend of a friend had a problem like this and he messed with the wires sensors ect and it ended up being faulty set of clocks might be wrong though lol.
  13. total rip! ring the OFT or traiding standards and report the guy at the very least it will cause him as much hassle as he has for you.at best he will pay you back.
  14. its your car mate but i wouldnt recommend it,also you will never get one that flames on gear changes it would have to be on a switch.
  15. ok its not the best guide but its a start lol its to the side of the throttle under the plastic lead cover, then remove the pipes and plug but make sure you have some new clips to put on as some are not reusable and all you need to do is spray inside and open the valve/flap thing inside and spay inside that aswell,be carfull not to damage it though as it can be abit stiff,this is not the exact one but best i could find to give you an idea.you also may not have a gap like the one in the pic it might look solid but it will open, hope this helps,
