    I have just bought myself a set of 17" RH AG-Cup alloys which are currently getting refurbed as we speak. Now i know i need spacers to clear the calipers at the front so as im putting 10mm spacers on the front im obviously going to put the same 10mm spacers on the rear so my question is with the 10mm spacers at the back are the alloys going to rub on the arches seeing as their 8" wide? They will have 205/40/17s fitted to them. Also im getting the lips diamond cut and im not lackering them as the laquer will eventually flake off like it did to my last set. So what can i use to protect the lips

    Got a quote today from one bodyshop and they quoted me £300 per rear wheel arch which is to cut out the rust and weld in new arches. Does that seem about the right price?

    Funny you should say that as i was comtemplating whether to get an e30 325i motorsport. Their becoming quite rare and a friend of mine might be selling up soon. Anyway i need to get some quotes can anyone point me in the right direction of some good bodyshops in or around Enfield way.

    Right for a while i have been meaning to get my rust problem sorted on my vr and i have finally come up with the money to get it done but im now thinking do i bother? Do i spend my money on getting the rusty rear wheel arches and sills fixed aswell as new pads, discs and calipers front and back? How much is this gonna cost def not gonna be cheap? Or do i sell up and put my saved money plus the money from the car once sold towards another car or even another vr? :^)

    I believe the offset is 32. How much do these h&r hubcentric spacers cost then?

    Im thinking about buying some RH AG-Cups: http://www.rh-wheels.com/index.cfm?P=wheels_detail&PID=67670 Ive heard i will need spacers to clear the front calipers is the true? If so will i need 5mm or 10mm spacers and which brand of spacers are best. Also will it not look odd with spacers on the front and not on the rear? Thanks :-d

    So i should have the correct clamps for the milltek then? I will see if i can source them from some where then i will re seal it with gumgum and put on the correct clamps.

    I think the garage who fitted it used the clamps from the original exhaust?

    That must be it then needs resealing, well hopefully anyway. But to seal it do i need to seperate it?

    Tbh im guessing not as the garage were a bit well (clueless). Tip for the future never go where's cheapest as their cheap for a reason, lol. Anyway i hope you've hit the nail on the head there that must be it well im hoping anyway.

    Hi all recently bought a used milltek catback for my golf vr6 got it fitted and i dont think it sounds right. It kind of sounds a bit tinny until the car warms up and even then it dont sound to me like it should? I dont know if its me or what as ive heard everyone else to be happy with their milltek but what could possibly be the problem? to be honest the garage who fitted it didnt have a clue but it looked to me like they fitted it right as i kept a beedie eye on them. Pls anyone with a milltek that can help out a dubber in distress :^)

    Just removed the rear speaker covers as i thought the rear kenwoods were sounding a bit pony and to my suprise not only were they blown as the foam has perished but also one of the speakers has actually managed to vibrate itself loose. Look at the last pic and you will see what i mean. Anyway so now im goint to replace these fooked ones. Any suggestions as to a quality set of speakers. Dont really wany to be spending silly amounts tho :^)
