    after ive thought about it, surely i wont need spacers if i need the calipers too as the spacer is to enable the disc to fit the caliper, if i have the correct caliper theres no need for a spacer?

    ah right i was under the impression that the discs would still fit on my calipers as a lad at work with a corrado vr6 managed to get em on his with his original calipers?

    Can anyone tell me what i need to get audi tt 300mm discs to fit my car? i was told it was a spacer for the caliper and the carrier for the pads off an audi tt? is there anything else i need as i can get the discs cheap from work

    tbh i think out of ease and money ill prob go for rs4 wheels, even though my heart is in the merc ones i simply dont have the time to be messing about so much, once i get the few things i want doing ill get another photoshop to see which looks best

    got a multimeter will try that one see what its doing battery was definitely the right one, and i aint been stranded as aint driven it yet pmsl ill know its got anti hijack which is great but i dont know how to work the damn thing,sometimes the central locking works off the fob sometimes i have to do it manually in the door, thanks for the reply

    i wouldnt really bother modifying it tbh, if i wanna go fast i get in the Cossie, well i did before we started breaking it last weekend, i definitely am a believer of if it aint quick enough get a fast car to start with lol

    it doesnt seem flat or anything it is quite responsive just not quick quick like im used to, but i didnt get it for its speed, its nice and smooth to drive, doesnt go sideways without an advanced warning and it feels nice! someone else said that but i wasnt sure, theyre recaros but GOD are they a hideous colour * wonders if Cossie recaros will fit * lol

    i know, i wasnt gonna keep it but my hubby said keep that and sell our daily runabout ( Escort GTi) so ive sold that to my brother, though still using it atm and keeping the golf admitedly it aint that fast but gotta love the sound of it

    its done 115k, bought it from police impound garage, the previous owner had no insurance and didnt collect it so it goes to garage who has the contract, we know the garage owner so got it for £300 just had to pay £20 for the log book and £5 for replacement MOT job done

    it needs the door sorting and not happy with all the stonechips these will be sorted along with hopefully removing arches and colour coding to the bumpers and door moulds stands me at £300

    i want the lip polished but tbh i dont know if i can justify the price of adaptors, anyone know of any cheap stockists??
