  14. Wee clean day today, paintwork waxed up great! Covered about 60 miles in it since Dubshed and nothing has broke, impressed tbh!
  15. Powder coating wasn't too expensive tbh, maybe a few hundred quid in total, it was getting all the components removed and refitted that hiked the costs up! It gave me piece of mind that everything was done and not "all fur coat n Nae knickers" lol

Yes I was "chuffed" with it finished.......one of the cleanest mk3 golfs I've seen, no rot, no welding, genuine 51k miles, a lot of time, effort and money to build it as good as I could, trying to powdercoat or paint anything that needed it to preserve it's life, renew as much as I could using quality parts etc. Now it's done, I've lost interest but still like it! The other mk3 golfs it was competing against were better and cleaner............. For you to buy it tomorrow it would need to be up for sale and tbh it's too soon to even think about selling it! Thanks for the positive comments guys
