  2. YEH RIGHT, I remember Colin McCrae having VR's woring him on the twistys, LOL
  3. The long awaited photos are here, http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d13/bulldogstaffy/DSCN61424936.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d13/bulldogstaffy/DSCN61414935.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d13/bulldogstaffy/DSCN61404934.jpg
  4. You'd probally loose me on the motorway, this thing is so low geared it revs it's tits off and trys to deafen you at the same time, LOL
  5. My scooby sounds real nice but my first VR sounded much better with the carbon air intake, the induction raor was awesome.
  6. Ollie forgot to say he was (pick the answer you like best) 1 on his own private airfield in his back garden. 2 on the autobahn 3 on a rolling road
  7. Lucky it didn't brake at speed, and a nice cheap repair, so not too bad at all in the end.
  8. Not a 100% but recon they are M3 style, if that helps, some one will agree or disagree then you'll know.
  9. Not sure if it worked try this it maybe the same but copy and paste it in the address bar, should work then.. http://photobucket.com/video/vr6/bonjrooksvr/videos/vr6.flv?o=4
  10. This is a good drive by sound......http://photobucket.com/video/vr6/bonjrooksvr/videos/vr6.flv?o=4
  11. Sorry cant get the camera to transfer to the computer for some reason, got a pic on the phone but dont know how to get the pic to the computer either. Going to find the drive for the camera and reload it so I can get some pics up. The Impreza wheels today and it has 5x100 stud fitment as the VR does but a offset of 43mm.
  12. Sold the VR last week m8, was a nice clean motor but got to move back to the scooby. The scooby classic shape is the sort of car I cant get out of my system, it does everything well and the rush from the turbo is a drug, they fell small and flickable, the build quality aint up to VW standards, very cheap plastic interior parts, but then the VW aint up to the build quality of the BMW M3 I used to own.
  13. Not harsh Ben, take it as your saying whats what when you dont know whats what. Hope I didn't upset you too much. :-* :-p 8-) (6)
  14. The P1 is a uk copy of the type R, stupid.
  15. Your all on the ball today, another rice burner, scooby doo number 4 for me. I'll take a photo tommorrow. It's a WRX STi type R version 6 (2 door), 1999 on a V in dark mica blue with standard rear black windows. I've had 2 uk spec scoobys (fast but not fast enough) and a WRX STi version 5 (4 door) (really quick) in the past, the uk models dont compare to this type R, the STi V5 was nearly the same but 2 extra doors more weight older looking interior and front, seats weren't as good neither and the type R has a diff control ( not that you'd need it in the real world). It's real noisey to travel
  16. I'll post photos this weekend. I wont let on what it is you'll have to guess if you can be bothered, A few clues for ya 2 door four wheel drive sub 5 seconds to 60 1999 model big spoiler and this will be the 4th one I've had.
  17. Sell the 15"s as they look crap, much too small and stick with the 17"s they suit the car and the rims you have in the pic look sweet.
  18. Yes I believe it was in a conversion between jackson and travolta while driving and discusing a royal with cheese.
  19. It'd be worth them doing it for you to catch them, and give them a battering. Makes you mad .
