    bumper and metal bumper bar off by undoin the 4 13mm bolts behind the fogs and indicators take the outside temp sensor off and any clips in the shit shields out , undo rad bolts pull rad foward as much as u can with out breaking anything and u should be able to access the belt that way .... mite even be able to do it with out removing the bumper but not 100% sure depends how far foward u can get the rad

    sure its not the hand brake cable .... had that on my astra tuesday was fun to see a glowing red disc untill it spun me lol

    it the black plastic tube goin from the intake main to the brake servo, just check it for any holes while the engine is running run ur hand along it and see if u can feel any air being sucked in ,,,, there should be a one way valve on it and to nipples (lol) with green covers on them ....

    well i would start with checking the servo line for any leaks even small ones give crap brakes .... then check servo its self .... then bleed brakes and abs pump if non of them could be master cylinder .....

    need it putting on vag com to bleed the abs pump ... and while its on there check for any codes .... there has to be a under llying fault there somewhere mate with either the hyd system or the servo

    sure u aint got a servo fault or an air leak on the vacuum line ???? i got 312s and that stop me on the spot ....

    well ill let u know how mine goes once its been mapped and make sure its all good .... i have the uprated bearing in my the 65k ones cost me about £350 ish for just the bearings and seal kits ...

    sounds like heater matrix mate .... get it done and if ur still worrie about the head gasket get a sniffer check done ... that will tell u but id put money on ur matrix goin pop .... can bypass it by joining the two pipes goin into the bulk head but wont have heat in the car but also wont have any more water in the footwells

    in the end was ok but aint had a change to test it fully yet ..... need some special tools which i now have lol ....
