    the gearbox is ok never had a problem with it, goes into gear fine never jumps out of gear or anything like that. doesnt sound like a bad idea but im abit worried about having my car on stands and running it, where is the best place to put the stands if i decide to do that? anybody got any pics of where the perfect place to put them?

    i couldnt see anything that looked out of place when i had my wheels off the weekend. the noise doesnt change if going faster or slowing down but seems to stop around 20mph. im lost with this noise now i hope that its not anything to bad. i know my front bushes are more or less gone would that male the noise?

    the other day on my way to work i noticed a wierd banging sound on my car, it keeps banging all the time probably every second or something like that. it sounds as if it is coming from the drivers side front. it only does it when i go over 20mph i know its not my exhaust, part from that i dont know what it might be, the car drives fine tho. it sounds like im driving over a rumble strip thats how i can describe it. any help will be greatly appresiatied. thanks saichy

    if you just want mesh to go where the vents where halfords do it for around £20 i think. not my cup of tea tho.

    try making 2 flat sides with a file and the use an adjustable spanner to undo it? should work in theory.

    ye take the top of the tank make sure the water is at the MAX level, then start your car and leave it running for a while, the water will go everywhere tho so just watch it when its nearly empty top it up again to the max mark and it will proably empty again do this till both the big pipes that come off your rad are hot then you will know its done. hope that helps mate

    looking really nice mate, know what you mean bout speed bumps, but im lucky and only have to go over one givr your coilovers time to settle cuz if you lower it now it might end up lowering abit more when they settle them selves.

    thats what it sounds like to me i found that switch when i fitted my new handbreak. best way to try put your ignition on take the hankbreak off the push the switch, the handbreak symbol should come up on the dash.

    i dont think there was a security box on the back of mine when i took it out to put my dvd player in, and the std stero worked fine. unless my std one had been altered in anyway im not sure.
