    Just wondering if this has ever been suggested. A bit like ebay so people can rate people if they sell an item...? Could be scored out of stars, or just how many items you have sold.

    Nope, VW made a plastic one for a reason in my eyes, not sure why (something to do with heat maybe) so no polished rocker cover.

    Im getting some coilovers within the next week or so, but i have some scrapping issues @ the moment on the rears so i know the rear arches will need rolling, just wondering about the fronts also. Any advice, and pics would be great. Thanks Jk.

    Its coming together. Should be getting a bonnet bra (this week/next week) and a set of coilovers are on the way too. But i need the arches rolling first.

    Theres a programme on Bravo called "King of Cars" they had the most awesome low riders on there. Low riders are soooo cool!

    Got to stick with it. I had a BMW prior and that was a nightmare, for some reason i dont mind really if things go wrong on a VW. Seems worth it. Still got quite a few little bits planned for it too.

    Its was done in Plymouth for an undisclosed fee. If you want one done i can get it done for you for £60. But you would have to send it to me, and then i would have to send it back which is about £10 each way, so its not really worth it. I have one up for sale in the for sale section which im selling for £105 including postage if your interested. PM me if you are interested.

    31/8/07 Having had a few problems with the VR since last posting (some of which i still have) i have made a new edition to the VR. Some Infinity Reference speakers and a polished manifold. It wasnt polished when i got it, but now it is as you can see, finished it off by painting between the stems black. Oh and one of my wheels for good measure. Excuse the white juice near the bottom of the tyre, i got a little excited!

    Very pimp my ride, but unless the rest of the car is along that theme then i think no. Would look ok maybe on air ride or something, just not for an R32.

    I bought mine for 1700 near on a year ago, but it was a DOG. I bought it with the intention of restoring it to its former glory (Which i hope i have done) but when i was looking i only had 2300 back then and i struggled. I wanted an OBD 2 with around 100k so i bit the blokes hand off when mine came up even though of the doggish condition. They are out there though, Ive seen some highlines go on ebay for 1800 before!!! Keep your eyes peeled. N.B- i travelled for 16 hours to get my VR back home! So be prepared to travel the country!

    Looks like an excellent place to start. The good thing is, the parts you have you can sell @ a good price, so @ times the new mods may pay for themselves. Nice buy!

    Id get an Oil change done on it ASAP, maybe the filter has is knacked or the pump. Dirty oil?
