I had my boot smoothed and sprayed about a year ago and every time i open the boot i find i get soaked as water is trapped inside !! I have checked the rubber grommits and they are fine ! The only thing i am not sure about is if the glass shoud have a rubber seal around it as i cannot remember for the life of me if it had one ? Just in the process of buying some braided hoses for my M Plate Vr6. I goin to buy a set from a company near me who offer different colour braided hoses / and different colour banjos !! Only problem is i am not sure what colour to go for ! I have a silver car and red powder coated calipers ! What colours would look good !

I think wolfrace sell them . I use to order them when i worked at halfords . They are safe as far as i know. i think they were about 30 quid. -

Just had all my calipers and brake carriers powder coated and just in the process of rebuildin the calipers and carriers. Could anyone tell me what grease to use in the carriers to lubricate the pins ?? Please help ?? Ps Anyone got any recomendations for braided brake hose kits ?? Just in the process of gettin some braided hoses for my vr6 and decded to replace the old brake pipes aswell. I have a few questions ! 1. Can you buy them made up and of the shelf and if so where from ? How Much ? 2..Im getting a company near me to make me some braided hoses up and wondered if you could replace pipes with braided hoses ? Any help would be appreciated !!!

Bought some spark plugs for my vr6 and changed them ! However when i start it there seems to be a tapping noise and it misses when it revvs . All i can think is that the gap is wrong on the plug as i didnt have this problem before i changed them ! I changed my spark plugs with some genuine vw ones however when i put my foot down its got a slight hesitation . Do the vw ones need the gap changing ????? PLEASE HELP
